Madam Li worked in Zhejiang University as an assistant from 1982 to 1985.
Madam Li worked in the Comparative Law Institute and Economic Law Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 1988.
Madam Li went to Sweden for the senior seminar of the Rights of Women around the World, which was held by the Commission of European Community Human Rights.
Madam Li was engaged as researcher and professor by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Law Institute in Aug. 2002.
Madam Li was engaged as a financial arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in March 2003.
Madam Li became a part-time lawyer since 1982, and then a full-time lawyer since 2000.
Now Madam Li is the director and partner of Kehua Law Firm.

Madam Li specializes in corporate law, finance and securities, investment and finance, etc. She also acts as the long-term legal consul and legal counsel for special purposes for several companies and enterprises, while undertaking significant economic disputes, serious economic crimes, and judicial review of death sentences.
