Mr. Fu achieved the License of the Practicing Lawyer in 1996, and became a practicing lawyer in Beijing Longkai Law Firm and Bihaode Law Firm in successively and now he is a practicing lawyer in Kehua Law Firm.

Self-evaluation
I have worked for 22 years since 1986, with 13 years' experience of education and training. After passing the Lawyers' Qualification Test, I worked as a lawyer since 1997. During this period of time, I've been engaged in seven enterprises' reorganization and worked as legal counsel for enterprises and government for seven years.
After achieving Ph. B. and LL. B., I joined a MBA training course and qualified in enterprise management and HR management course and achieved the Certification of Enterprise's HR Management.
To every work I took, I was responsible, organized and innovative. To conclusion, I'm excellent in the lawsuit and non-lawsuit business and procedure especially in the restructuring of enterprise.
