LL.B., 1994 LL.M. America Brigham Young University Law School, 1999. LL.D. 2003 Ms. Han worked as a practice lawyer since 1995, and she had ever worked in China Zhongzi Law Firm for 5years. She engaged in legal research at Ministry Commerce International Economy and Trade Institute from1996 to 1997. Ms. Han once worked at America University Law School as a research assistant and attached herself to the amending of Thompson Property Right Law. In 2003, she came to a Law Firm in New York and became a legal consul there. In 2005, she got an appointment in a Law Firm in Canada, while holding a concurrent post as a guess professor of Canada Alberta University. Now she is a practicing lawyer of Kehua Law Firm.
Areas of Practice Ms. Han is good at international trade, IP and contract disputes.
Main Achievements She has successfully handled many economic disputes, property rights, architectural projects, etc. She once gave advices to the project that China & Canada cooperating to exploit oil and natural gas.
