Monograph: Logical Base of Constitution in Modern Times. This works discusses series of frontier basic theoretical issues of Constitution in China through the method of constitutional logic.
Monograph: Original Argument of Constitutional Government. This Works is the first book to talk over socialist constitutional government systematically.
Monograph: Essentials of constitutional judicial system. This works is the first book which discusses constitutional judicial system in constitutional academic circles.
Monograph: The Legal Bounds of Free Speech. This works analyses the functions of constitutional judicial system in protecting of the basic human rights in modern times systematically, by means of introducing the judgment on cases made by the Supreme Court of Norway. This made a profitable attempt in the study of cases of constitutional judicial.
Monograph: Constitution Which Is Necessary for Governments and Citizens. This works introduces the background, content, significant, theoretical and practicing value of the constitutional amendment of 1999. It is a all-sided reference to understand the Constitution of 1982 and its amendments.
Mr. Mo has published more than 300 theses on Seeking Truth, Cass Journal of Foreign Law, Cass Journal of Law, Chinese Legal Science, Social Sciences In China, Studies In Law and Business, Law Science, Constitutionalism review, Juridical Science Journal, Social Science Front, Legal Daily, Guangming Daily, China Youth Daily, Jiefang Daily, including more than fifty theses or translations which exceeded five thousands words. He attended several international academic conferences as a representative of China Law Society Constitution Science Association, and submitted ten theses in English, including “The Connection between International Human Rights Convention and China Constitution” that collected on the webpage of International Association of Constitution and “ Ruling By Law and Self-Ruling of Contemporary China” that published on the webpage of International Federation Forum.

Mr. Mo Specializes in constitution, administrative law, international human rights law, meeting unexpected events, disaster law, culture law, interpretation of law, constitution lawsuits, etc.

Mr. Mo is proficient in English and Chinese, and he is also fluent in Japanese and French.

Main Achievements

Mr. Mo was admitted to practice in 1993, and has handled more than fifty cases, including disputes of Sino-foreign joint venture, real estate, guaranty, marriage, administration, etc. Besides, he was once the long-term legal counsel of enterprises.
