Mr. Jiang passed the Lawyers’ Qualification Test in 1993, and practiced as a professional Lawyer in years. He has worked in Beijing Fangshan Law Firm, Beijing Jiahe Law Firm and Beijing Guangming Law Firm. And now, he is the partner and vice director of Kehua Law Firm.

Main Achievements

In more than ten years, Mr. Jiang has presented a lot of cases in the areas of criminal law, civil law, economic law, real estate, construction engineering, finance, securities, and so on. Being worth mentioning is that he has cooperated with Law Expert professor Jiang Ping in several cases, and accumulated abundance experience.
He was the legal counsel of University of Modern Administration at one time. He also acted as an agent in Zhejiang Chouyang Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. vs Guangdong Zhongshan Subsidiary Bank of Bank of China (cooperated with Law Expert professor Jiang Ping), Nantong Chongchuan Foreign Trade Company vs Shanghai Huigong Material Trade Company, Dalian Huadong Real Estate Co., Ltd. vs Shandong Wendeng Development Area Management Commitee, which were all judged by the Supreme People’s Court. He also defended for Mr. Yu who is the vice director of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Abroad Office.
