Mr. Sun Sheng has a degree of Bachelor of law, and passed the Lawyers’ Qualification Test in 1996. Before his practice he has worked in law department of enterprises which are subordinate to PetroChina Company Limited for several years.

Mr. Sun specializes in regular legal counselor, including the legal affairs about managing companies, rendering legal advises, drafting and revising contracts, negotiation, bankruptcy liquidation, and difficult criminal cases, etc.
